Gender Minorities & Women in PMA

Gender Minorities & Women in Physics, Math, and Astronomy (GWiPMA) at Caltech is a student-led organization that is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive community for students, postdocs, staff, and faculty in PMA. Open to anyone who is interested in joining, we aim to bring together gender minorities, women, and allies across all career stages within the division to create spaces where members can connect, share experiences, and support one another both personally and academically.

Through mentorship, professional development, and social events that are open to everyone in PMA, we strive to strengthen our community and ensure that no one feels isolated in their journey. By uplifting and amplifying the voices of our members, we work toward a more welcoming environment where current and future generations in PMA can feel a sense of belonging.
